Exchange Window
We accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn (if applicable), and in their original condition with all packaging included.
No Refunds
Please note that
all sales are final. We do not offer refunds at this time. Eligible items may be exchanged for another item of equal value or issued store credit where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange unless defective:
- Beauty and personal care products
- Opened or used items
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within
7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

To start an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange. We will provide instructions for the next steps.
Shipping for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
