Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges Policy

At African Sudanese Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a change, we’re happy to help with exchanges.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

No Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds at this time. Eligible items may only be exchanged for another item of equal value or store credit, where applicable.

Non-Eligible Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as beauty products, opened goods, or clearance items may not be eligible for exchange unless defective.

How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. Our team will provide instructions on the next steps.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement.
Cancellations made after 3 hours may be subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
